Yes, the damage is less severe than your Darth Maul. Right now, I just used Tamiya cement to stick it back on. No more movement though because the plastic sheared between the joints, so that part of it is still stuck inside the figure. I am thinking of tapping it and using some threaded rod to fix it.
I am not sure since I only have a few NECA figures. It's probably partly the plastic used for the joint as well, it seems like it is a soft rubbery plastic, should use something stiffer for that part. It's alright though since these figures are more like statues for display, can't really pose and play with them anyways.
I think you can glue on that joint, right??
