I love this figure! I love the sculpt, although the hands and arms do seem a bit oversized. It would be perfect if it was just a bit smaller, but I am just nitpicking here. Articulation wise, there's not much of it as expected from a Marvel Select figure, especially one of their bulkier ones. I mostly display my figures just simply in a straight standing position, so that's not too big of a problem for me. I've always thought of Marvel Select figures as slightly articulation statues anyways. The only time I do require the use of their articulation is when I take pictures of them. He is one heavy figure though, which makes it felt I got my money worth of plastic haha!
The rocky texture details on the Thing is really well done. The paint around the eyes were not fully painted, but this can only be seen if you look closely. Still I might try to fix this myself if I can get the right shade of orange. The paint on the figure overall is not bad, but it looks like it was just a dry-brushing of orange over some darker highlights, so that's hard to screw up.
Here's a size comparison with the Spider-bot which is about 6" in height similar to any Marvel Legends figures.
The accessory that it came with is pretty weak, it's basically this piece of plastic which acts as a display stand for a piece of cardboard with illustrations of the other three members in the team and some random traffic scene on the back (EDIT: the scene is actually Yancy Street as noted by chunky B, please excuse my ignorance on Marvel history). They really cheap out here, at least the Hulk (who is actually a larger figure) came with a smashed ground display. It was disappointing since the preview pictures showed him standing on some type of hover board display, which unfortunately did not make it into the final product.

New Discovery
Today, I discovered a comic store that is only 15 min drive away from home! I can't believe I didn't know it exists for the longest time, apparently they've been here since 1992! WTF?! I know I haven't been collecting for that long (~2-3 years), but how could I have let this comic store go unknown. I stumbled upon this discovery while frantically searching for a comic store close by to see if I can grab the new Marvel Select Juggernaut (I want it soooo baaad!!!). The store is called Planet X and the one closest to me is a little store packed with many goodies. The feeling I had when I entered this shop was the same as when I entered the toy stores in Hong Kong, it was THAT good! That overwhelming feeling when toys are all over the place and even after browsing the shop for a good 20 minutes or so, I still haven't seen everything there. I noticed they had a lot of old toys too so that's pretty cool as I love hunting for gems haha. Prices are alright, some of the stuff that are available in retail are no doubt a bit more expensive, but I think most of the prices are reasonable. The owner is a cool guy who I chatted with for a while, he even showed me a custom Marvel Universe Punisher he was working on as well. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the MS Juggernaut, but I did pick this Thing up haha
I see many of my future hauls coming from this place now!

Spiderman's Sidekick
Looks like Spiderman received a new toy from Iron Man...
I am really liking this Spiderman Marvel/Transformers Crossover. It has a nice color scheme and some nice details that makes it look cool, but not too crazy (look at the Thor one). The robot mode sorta looks like what Spidey would look in some type of combat suit. This toy reminds me of Autovajin from Kamen Rider Faiz which I really like as well! Hope he is release in the SHFiguarts line soon!

Marvel Haul
Picked up all these MOC figures from a local seller yesterday. Forgot to include the Marvel Legends Showdown Juggernaut that I also got. He's similar in size to the offering by Marvel Universe, so maybe I will do a comparison of both of them in the future. The big Spiderman is one that I've wanted for a long time, but they always go for a lot of money on Ebay and such. It's apparently the most articulated Spiderman with 67 points of articulation, even each joint on the fingers are articulated! For the Marvel Legends, I got Dr.Doom, Green Goblin, 1st Appearance Iron Man, and Ghostrider. I just love Marvel Legends! I doubt I will keep them MOC, I still end up slowly opening up one by one, so I'll do a review of them when I do. Then there's a Spiderman from the Classics series, I might keep this one MOC since I already have several very nicely articulated Spiderman, just bought this one since I thought he looked really cool in the package. Lastly, there's the Hulk-bot from the Megamorphs series. Looks like an interesting toy so I picked it up, definitely will be opening this one.

The End of Woody...?
Last time, our friend Woody got into some trouble with the new girl.
This was captured soon after Kamen Rider Accel chased off and went on a pursuit for the Black Rock Shooter. However, Woody's body was gone right after this picture was taken...
